Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be totally safe.     General Disclaimer

    Skytripaway does not act as a principal, instead arranging travel-related services with third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators and consolidators, traveler assist service providers, insurance providers, and activities suppliers (each a "Travel Supplier") (each a "Service Element").

    You acknowledge that the rates offered by Skytripaway and related firms are the result of a negotiation between Skytripaway and the Travel Suppliers, and include certain fees retained by them for their services, taxes, and other costs. You authorize Skytripaway and affiliate companies to book reservations or enter contracts on your behalf with Travel Suppliers for the total price displayed, including such fees and any applicable taxes or charges related to the Travel Supplier's or Skytripaway 's services, when you book with any Travel Supplier through this Site.

    Skytripaway is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies on the Site, as well as the failure of Travel Suppliers from whom you obtain services through this Site, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators and consolidators, vacation packages, activities suppliers, traveler assistance service providers, and insurance providers. Skytripaway does not approve, guarantee, or insure the products or services offered by an external supplier, the financial position of such suppliers, or the reimbursement to you for any losses incurred as a result of such suppliers' financial condition when providing travel management services. If a supplier fails to provide a service to you after you have paid for it, your only option for a refund is from the defaulting supplier, any insurance covering such defaults, or any other responsible third party, unless the loss was directly caused by Skytripaway . In the event that a provider defaults before providing services, you may pursue any legal or statutory action against the supplier for a refund.

    Skytripaway bears no liability for activities connected to travel services that are beyond Skytripaway 's or its employees' control, unless clearly indicated above. Skytripaway is not accountable or responsible for any act, mistake, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any other consequence of any Travel Supplier's neglect, default, or other act or inaction. Skytripaway is not responsible for any pricing changes, schedule changes, equipment changes, or accommodations changes that occur after a travel service has been booked and paid for. Skytripaway is not responsible for any cancellation, overbooking, delay, re-routing, strike, weather event, or governmental event that affects your trip reservation. Skytripaway is not responsible for any supplier's depiction of travel products and services, including but not limited to photos, listed amenities, ratings, and discounts.

    Skytripaway serves as a value-added solution for both retail travel providers and consumers. Skytripaway has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the acts of the suppliers from whom it purchases travel items and services.

    When paying after making a travel reservation with us for overseas travel products and services, Skytripaway is not responsible for the final currency conversion or rates. You accept and acknowledge that currency rates fluctuate, and any given price in local currency on the Site is only a recommendation, not a binding contract between us and the Travel Supplier.

    Discounts may differ depending on a number of factors, including the airlines utilised, the type of service given, the location, and the time of year (low, mid, or high season), advance notice given, minimum stay requirements met, and flight load.

    Other advertiser's items and services advertised on our Site are not guaranteed, endorsed, validated, or promoted by Skytripaway.

    Additional Terms & Conditions may apply to your booking and purchase of travel-related products and services if you book with us. Read carefully the terms & conditions provided by the Travel Provider. You agree to comply with all of the Terms & Conditions of Purchase imposed by any Travel Supplier with whom you choose to contract, including but not limited to timely payment of all amounts due and adherence to the Travel Supplier's rules and restrictions regarding the availability and use of fares, products, or services. This deposit has nothing to do with any payment made to Skytripaway for your hotel, car, or airline ticket reservation. You acknowledge that any violation of a Travel Supplier's rules and restrictions may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), denial of access to the relevant Service Element or services, forfeiture of any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

    COMPASSION EXCEPTION POLICY (CEP)

    As outlined in our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) below, certain customers may be eligible for a discount on cancellation, refund, or ticket modification service fees.

    Spouse, domestic partners, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandkids, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews are all considered immediate family. Biological, adoptive, step, in-law, or domestic partner, foster, or ward/legal guardian relationships are all eligible.

    Active Duty:.mil Email Address, Active Duty ID Card, Guard/Reserves ID Card, Common Access Card (CAC); Veterans: Military Retiree ID Card, Veterans ID Card, Veteran Health ID Card, Uniformed Services ID Card, State Driver's License stamped "VETERAN" are all acceptable forms of identification.

    ASSURANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRICE DROP

    Price Drop Assurance is an opt-in service in which you permit us to hunt for extra discounts on airline tickets that you have already purchased from us, which we subsequently share with you in the form of a Skytripaway gift card. When you purchase Price Drop Assurance, we will search your precise itinerary (travel dates, airports, passengers, airlines, and flights) for 24 hours after you book your ticket(s) to see if there are any opportunities to save money on those tickets (s). You authorize us to rebook your ticket(s) for the same exact itinerary that you already booked if we discover an opportunity to save money. We'll give you a gift card usable for any future flight booking on Skytripaway .com after we've saved you money. For providing this service, we will keep a percentage of the savings as a rebooking charge.

    The Price Drop Assurance service does not ensure that you will save money. If we are unable to locate significant extra savings on your exact itinerary (usually $30 or more), your original tickets will be honored and we will be unable to provide you with any more value. Price Drop Assurance isn't available for all routes or airlines, but it will be offered as it becomes available.

    Please be advised that if we reissue your tickets to save you money as indicated above, you will receive a new confirmation email with new ticket number(s) for the new tickets we have provided to you. If you sign up for the Price Drop Assurance service, we strongly advise you to wait until after the 24-hour search time has expired before purchasing any supplementary services from the airline, such as seats or prepaid bags.

    IN THE INTERIM, IF YOU PURCHASED ANY ANCILLARY SERVICES, SUCH AS SEATS OR PREPAID BAGS, DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINE, YOU MUST CALL THE AIRLINE AND REQUEST THAT THEY ASSOCIATE THOSE ITEMS WITH YOUR NEW TICKET NUMBER(S), NOT YOUR ORIGINAL ONE (S). Because airline laws may limit the transferability of supplementary services to new tickets or stipulate that such products are non-refundable, Skytripaway cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled. Note that if you use a debit card for this service, it may take up to five to seven business days for you to recover access to the funds held for the purchase of your original ticket, depending on your issuing bank.

    NOTE THAT IF REQUESTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING, THE ORIGINAL FARE MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND. OTHER FARES MAY BE REFUNDABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR ORIGINAL RULES. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING UP FOR PRICE DROP ASSURANCE, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND (IF ELIGIBLE) ON THE ORIGINAL TICKET AND ELECT TO APPLY ANY REFUND TO THE PURCHASE OF THE REBOOKED TICKET AND SKYTRIPAWAY'S REBOOKING FEE ONCE WE HAVE STARTED THE REBOOKING PROCESS. THE REBOOKED TICKET(S) WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SAME REFUND AS THE ORIGINAL TICKET(S) AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AIRLINE'S RULES AND RESTRICTIONS, AS WELL AS SKYTRIPAWAY’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

    Under the authority of 49 U.S.C. 114 and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004, the Transportation Security Administration of the United States Department of Homeland Security compels us to collect information from you for the purposes of watch list screening. It is voluntary to supply this information; however, if you do not, you may be subjected to extra screening or denied transportation or allowed to enter a sterile location. You understand and agree that any personal information you supply to us may be shared to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of such information in whole or in part, in order to undertake these checks. Rest assured that this verification process is just for the purpose of verifying and confirming your identification; it does not include a credit check, and your credit rating will not be impacted in any way. All information you supply to us is processed safely and securely in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

    PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

    You undertake to use the Site's travel services reservations capabilities solely to make valid bookings or purchases for yourself or another person on whose behalf you are legally allowed to act. You acknowledge that if you use the Site's travel services reservation facilities excessively or improperly, you may be denied access to those facilities. This Site may not be used for any commercial purposes. Without our written consent, you undertake not to access, monitor, or copy any content or information on this Site using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated methods, or any manual process. You undertake not to break any robot exclusion headers on this Site, or to bypass or circumvent any other mechanisms in place to prevent or limit access to this Site. You agree not to alter, duplicate, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, sell or resell any information, content, graphics, software, goods, or services obtained from or through this Site or call center. You agree not to enclose any portion or aspect of the Site with a frame or border environment, or any other framing technique, or to mirror or replicate any portion of the Site, and that you will not sell, offer for sale, transfer, or license any portion of the Site in any manner to any third parties.

    You agree not to use, or attempt to use, any device, programme, or routine that disrupts or attempts to disrupt the usual functioning of our Site, or to take any action that places an undue burden on our equipment. You will not conceal the source of any information you transmit over the Site, whether it is used to navigate the Site, make a travel reservation or booking, or publish content. You must not use the Site for malicious, offensive, defamatory, or technologically harmful purposes by deliberately introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious, offensive, defamatory, or technologically harmful material. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any other server, computer, or database connected to the Site.

    You may not launch a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack on the Site. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful products that may infect your computer equipment, computer software, data, or other proprietary material as a result of your use of the Site or your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

    If you breach any of the foregoing prohibitions, we retain the right to cancel your Skytripaway account and terminate your usage of the Site.

    CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY PURCHASED

    Any adjustments to the itinerary are limited and subject to airline fare laws, whichever is more restrictive; most of our tickets, hotels, automobiles, packages, and cruises do not allow date or name changes after the booking is complete. Skytripaway does not assure, and shall not be liable for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been amended by the supplier in response to a customer request or supplier scheduling changes.

    CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

    The majority of our airline tickets are non-refundable. If the airline allows cancellations in some instances, a credit may be applied to a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. The airline supplier's credit usually has an expiration date after which it can no longer be utilized. We recommend that you speak with a customer care representative about any further credit restrictions. All such bookings that allow cancellation must be canceled by calling our customer service center prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment. We cannot guarantee that your reservation will be canceled. When you're ready to book your new flight and want to use your airline credit, you'll have to pay the fare difference (if any), any airline penalties, and any post-ticketing fees charged by Skytripaway. All such changes are subject to the fare rules, policies, and procedures of each airline, which are beyond our control.

    Our exchange fees are not subject to any extra representations, except that an agent will assist you in discovering your chosen new flights and will endeavor to rebook the new flights based on availability and other criteria.

    We offer Special Discounts for Military, Bereavement, and the Visually Impaired as part of our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP).

    CANCEL AND REFUND

    After 24 hours, most of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable. If travel has not yet begun and you have contacted our customer care center to cancel, your trip protection insurance is refundable within 10 days of purchase. Cancellations can only be made over the phone. We will evaluate refund requests only if the following conditions are met:

    We are unable to provide an estimate of how long this requested refund will take to be completed. All refund requests are handled in a precise sequence. We will send you an email notification that your cancellation request has been received once you have provided your cancellation request to our customer service agent. This notification does not entitle you to a refund. This just serves to acknowledge your request while also providing you with a tracking number. We will work with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental businesses to draught a waiver based on airline and other supplier restrictions and advise you of the supplier's decision once we receive your request. Our service costs for the initial travel reservation or booking are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that we are reliant on the suppliers for the requested refunds. It may take some time for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement after it has been approved by the supplier. In general, all vendors will levy a penalty if you request a return. From the time your request is received until you receive credit on your bill, the full process could take 60-90 days.

    PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY

    As indicated in the billings section, we accept credit and debit cards issued in the United States, Canada, and a few other countries. We accept AE/AP billing addresses as well.

    Please keep in mind that your credit/debit card may be charged in several charges that add up to the final total. We will contact you within 24 hours if your credit/debit card or other form of payment is not processed or approved for any reason (non credit/debit card payment methods may take longer). If there is a change in the price of air fare or any other change prior to your form of payment being processed and accepted successfully, you may be notified of this change, and you have the option to accept or deny this transaction only after receiving such notification. You will not be charged if you choose to decline this transaction.

    Our Post-Payment Price Assure: If your payment (credit/debit card) is accepted and processed successfully, we guarantee that the whole final quoted price of the airline tickets will be honored regardless of any changes or fluctuations in the price of air fare.

    To offer you additional security, if our systems identify that particular transactions are high-risk, we will not execute them until our credit card verification team determines that it is safe to do so. We may contact you or your bank to verify the authenticity of such transactions.

    CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

    CREDIT CARD DECLINES

    If your credit card is declined while your transaction is being processed, we will make every effort to notify you through email within 72 hours. The transaction will not be completed if your credit card has been declined. The fare and any other aspects of the reservation are not guaranteed. You have the right to cancel your reservation at no cost if the fare changes.

    SEATS, MEALS, FREQUENT FLYER AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS

    Please keep in mind that any seat, food, frequent flyer, and other special requests are just that: requests. Any costs we incur for making such exceptional requests on your behalf are non-refundable and do not guarantee a specific outcome. We cannot guarantee that the seat(s) you have requested will be assigned to you. We also cannot guarantee that the airline will honor your meal(s), frequent flyer, or other special requests. It is consequently recommended that you confirm these demands with your airline prior to your scheduled departure date.

    BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES

    You must pay any excess baggage fees assessed by each airline if you have excess baggage.Most airlines now charge baggage fees even for the first bag checked in; to save money, we recommend traveling light. Baggage costs range from $15 to $200 or more per checked bag, depending on the size and weight of the bag. When using such a service, these fees must be paid directly to the airline. We make every attempt to keep the baggage costs table up to date, but we recommend that you contact the airline directly for the most up-to-current fees and luggage policies.

    BAGGAGE POLICY ON CONNECTING FLIGHTS

    When connecting flights include two or more airlines, you may need to retrieve your bags at the connecting airport and check-in again before continuing your journey. If you have excess baggage in these instances, you must pay any excess baggage fees imposed by the airline. Most airlines now impose baggage fees even for the first bag checked in; to save money, we advocate flying minimally.

    AIRLINE OPTIONAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

    We may offer you the option to order Airline extra services and goods in connection with your ticket(s) through us from time to time, depending on the airline(s) operating your flight(s), which may include, without limitation, pre-reserved seat assignments and checked luggage.

    The airline(s) will supply you with these extra services and products, and their purchase price will be in addition to the ticket price and subject to each airline's availability and terms of usage. Any costs we charge for requesting these optional services and items on your behalf are non-refundable and do not ensure that your requests will be met by the airline (s). We highly advise you to examine any restrictions that the airline(s) operating your flight(s) may impose on the optional items and services you request through us.

    You agree that when it comes to airline optional services and products, we are functioning as a marketing agency. You agree that our total responsibility to you arising out of or in connection with your request for extra services and goods through us is limited to the cost of those services or products. If you have any questions or concerns about the use or availability of any extra services or goods, we strongly advise you to contact the operating carrier.

    GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

    Because airlines may make last-minute schedule adjustments, all flights should be confirmed directly with them. Domestic flights must be re-confirmed at least 24 hours before departure, while flights to Hawaii and overseas destinations must be re-confirmed at least 72 hours prior to departure.

    Upgrades and standbys will not be approved in most circumstances. Upgrades and standby are solely the responsibility of the airlines involved.

    Many of our discounted tickets do not allow you to accumulate frequent flyer miles.

    The airlines will be notified of all seat requests. Please keep in mind that not all seat requests will be honored. Please contact the airline directly if you require rapid confirmation of your seat or if you have any special requirements such as "stretcher assistance" or "wheelchair."

    We reserve the right to refuse requests for travel to countries where the US government has imposed travel restrictions.

    On departure from international destinations such as Mexico, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and Australia, a passenger's duty or departure tax may be imposed. These are airport-based local government taxes that are not included in the initial ticket price.

    REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

    If you suspect any items hosted by us infringe on your copyright, please send us a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) that includes all of the information asked below (or have your agent send it to us). We will not process your notification if you do not supply all of the requested information. Before filing a copyright infringement notification, you should seek legal advice. You could face legal consequences if you make false allegations of copyright infringement.
