Under our CEP Policy, we provide Special Discounts. Military, Senior Citizens (over 64 years), Natural Disasters, Bereavement, Youth (between 16 and 25 years), Terminally Ill, and People with Disabilities are all covered.

OUR POST-TICKETING FEES

Each airline's fare restrictions, policies, and procedures apply to all airline refunds/future credits. On the payment page, service costs will be adjusted to your local currency. Adult, child, senior, infant, student, and military passengers. All non-refundable post-ticketing service costs are subject to change without notice. The fees and charges charged by skytripaway.com, as well as any additional costs collected, are in addition to any airline, hotel, or vehicle rental taxes and charges.

Only the final total amount will be charged. Taxes and levies levied by the government are subject to change. You will only be charged the whole amount shown at the end.

Our plane tickets are almost all non-refundable. Only if our Travel Suppliers' fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, and we've accepted your refund request, you're not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are ineligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and we're able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

Name Misspelling - The name on the airline ticket does not match the name on the passenger's passport or other government-issued identification.
Visa/Passport -In order to complete a request, a Visa/Passport decline letter is usually necessary.
Baggage - please retain all receipts and baggage tags
No- Show - Documentation advising why you were unable to make your scheduled departure will be required
Denied Boarding - Documentation as why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure will be required
Duplicate Tickets - To complete a refund request, copies of all tickets with the exact same itineraries booked with us will be necessary.
